By accessing or using ServiceInvoicing (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
ServiceInvoicing is a cloud-based invoicing and client management platform designed for independent service professionals and small businesses. Features include invoice creation, PDF generation, client management, custom profession schemas, and team employee access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your business.
You agree to use ServiceInvoicing only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to create fraudulent invoices, misrepresent your identity or business, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law or regulation. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including client details, invoice amounts, and tax rates.
We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your invoice and client data is stored securely and is accessible only to you and any employees you explicitly authorize. We do not sell your data to third parties. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
ServiceInvoicing and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Service operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceInvoicing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or errors in generated invoices. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms within the application or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
